Theresa Lambrich
Theresa Lambrich ist seit August 2025 Verwaltungsleiterin am DFK Paris. Sie war bereits 2021 Teil des Verwaltungsteams des Instituts, damals im Bereich Buchhaltung und Finanzen, nach Abschluss ihres dualen Bachelorstudiengang zum gehobenen Verwaltungsdienst an der Hochschule für öffentliche Verwaltung des Landes Rheinland-Pfalz. Sie verfügt über einen Master im Fach Politikwissenschaften und mehrjährige Expertise im Bereich der Landes- und Kommunalverwaltung, wo sie zuletzt im Büro des Oberbürgermeisters der Stadt Koblenz tätig war. In ihrer Masterarbeit widmete sich Theresa Lambrich einem deutsch-französischen Vergleich zur politischen Repräsentation von Frauen. Sie doziert außerdem im Fachbereich Kommunikation und politische Partizipation an der Kommunalakademie RLP.

Theresa Lambrich is the Administrative Director of the DFK Paris since August 2025. Previously, she was already part of the administrative staff of the institute, responsible for fincances and accounting in 2021, after completing a dual bachelor’s degree at the University of Public Administration of Rhineland-Palatinate. She also holds a master’s degree in political science and has several years of experience in regional and municipal administration, including a position in the office of the Mayor of Koblenz. In her master’s thesis, she studied the political representation of women in a Franco-German comparative perspective. She also teaches communication and political participation at the Municipal Academy of Rhineland-Palatinate.
